Frequently Asked Questions

  • To begin building your itinerary and gain access to your group page $50 is required upfront.

    There will be a remaining amount of $150 - $250 owed to the agency for preparation and management of the group based on your group size.

  • Although I have the ability to book other destinations, my knowledge and network in the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii will benefit your group the most.

  • Flights are booked as a package only. Flights, transportation and activities can not be booked alone and must be paired with a resort/stay.

  • Deposits are due upon booking the reservation. Final payments are due 45 days before departure.

    Flights may be due in full. Reach out to your advisor regarding your specific reservation.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed. Travel Protection is highly recommend for a better chance of refunds and/or credits.

    Cancellation fees may apply. Travel Protection is highly recommend for a reduced cancellation fees.

  • The minimum room requirement for a group varies based on your chosen resort or contract agreement (for large groups).

    Room requirements could range from 5-10 rooms minimum.
